Shipping charges for all pond liners, pre-formed ponds, and other items weighing over 150 lbs. are quoted separately. Please see our order confirmation for extra shipping charges or inquire before placing your order. Orders requiring extra freight charges will only be processed once you approve the final invoice amount.

We try to combine orders whenever possible and ship your order from one location. Depending on your product selection, you may receive more than one shipment from us. Not every product is in stock at each warehouse which means that we may have to split your order and ship one item from Ontario and another item from BC, for example. The fact that we may have to ship from multiple locations does, however, NOT increase your shipping charges. You are only charged one shipping charge as per the schedule below.

We currently ship from 16 distribution centres in Quebec, Ontario, Alberta and British Columbia. Some bulky and heavy items that require truck freight, such as large pond liners, complete pond kits, large skimmers and filters, etc. are also available for pick up in select locations. Please contact us with the items you are interested in, let us know where you live, and we will take it from there.

Not every product is in stock at each distribution centre. Every product shows where it ships from. For example, "This item ships from Alberta" means exactly that. It ships from Alberta only and cannot be picked up anywhere else.

Pick up is available from Monday to Friday during normal business hours. Our warehouses are large commercial distribution centres. They are not suitable for retail traffic and are closed on weekends and holidays. All pick up orders must be placed with our main office at least 24 hours in advance and paid for in full before picking up.
