All orders received, except those that require changes or a shipping cost authorization from you (pond liners and pre-formed ponds, for example), will be processed as soon as possible and shipped from the warehouse closest to you, as determined by us and subject to availability of stock. Orders normally leave the warehouse within 24 to 48 hours but some delays may occur during the busy Spring and Summer seasons. Unless otherwise specified, all orders are shipped via Purolator Ground, Canpar Ground, Parcel Post, or common carrier. Due to shipper restrictions we cannot deliver to a P.O. Box address.
