A completely new and absolutely unique water display is produced by this patented light effect nozzle. The laminar jets of water flow out of the nozzle openings. The special unique feature is that the water jets actually carry the light. The rising pipe consists of conical shaped plastic elements. A 10 Watt halogen light is situated in the head of the nozzle. The light is carried by the water to the outside but only becomes visible after the laminar structure of the water jet is disturbed.

The plug-in elements of the rising pipe allow the user to decide on the height of the water display. For best results, use this nozzle with pumps in the 250 to 300 GPH size range. Maximum spray diameter is approx. 10" (with 250 GPH pump).

Light operates at 12 Volt AC for safety. A 12 Volt AC, 60 Hz. transformer is required to operate this light (not included).

Important

The Lunaqua Star nozzle comes with a 1/2" male threaded connection. Thread is European fine thread but it will adapt to regular North American NPT fittings. It connects to any submersible pump with a 1/2" female threaded discharge without the need for any adapters.
The 12 Volt cable (10 ft. length) connection for the built-in light comes with a European low-voltage plug that will not fit North American 12 Volt transformers.
Please cut the plug off the light cable and connect the two 12 Volt wires directly to the two screw terminals found on most North American 12 Volt transformers.
